For Retail Orders Prices are quoted in UK pounds sterling.

We accept payment by cheque and card ( Visa, Mastercard, Maestro). If paying by card please ensure that your billing address matches your cardholder statement address.

All products are subject to availability.

Prices are inclusive of VAT.

Every effort has been made to ensure colours are as accurate as possible. Therefore there is no guarantee that colours of products will exactly match that displayed on your monitor. As products are hand-made and made from natural materials, any slight colour variations or blemishes should therefore be viewed as an inherent part of a hand-made product.

The cost of delivery is calculated for you when you shop on-line.

Goods are normally shipped within 24-48 hours. However delays may occur which are outside our control.

Please let us know if you require goods by a certain date as we can offer overnight courier service (within the UK only).

Products can be mailed worldwide. Please contact us first for delivery costs. There may be additional import charges which we cannot be held responsible for.

We will offer a full refund or replacement of a faulty product. Silkwood Traders will bear the cost of postage for the return of faulty goods. We will exchange or refund non-faulty/unwanted products which are returned to us in saleable condition, within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The purchaser is responsible for the delivery cost of returning non-faulty or unwanted products.
