Shipping

• The cost of delivery is calculated for you when you shop on-line.
• Goods are normally shipped within 24-48 hours. However delays may occur which are outside our control.
• Please let us know if you require goods by a certain date as we can offer overnight courier service (within the UK only).
• Products can be mailed worldwide. Please contact us first for delivery costs. There may be additional import charges which we cannot be held responsible for.

Returns

• We will offer a full refund or replacement of a faulty product.
• Silkwood Traders will bear the cost of postage for the return of faulty goods.
• We will exchange or refund non-faulty/unwanted products which are returned to us in saleable condition, within 14 days of receiving the goods.
• The purchaser is responsible for the delivery cost of returning non-faulty or unwanted products.
