Speedy delivery, well packaged and fantastic product! Really cool talking piece. When the item originally arrived the silk box in which the item was supposed to be packaged in wasn’t included. I e-mailed the seller and they replied immediately. They apologised for this error and sent out the silk box, which arrived a few days later. Good customer service.
